Q: Does the equipment comply to safety standards: -
A: Yes, all equipment is designed and installed to the requirements of the European standard BS EN1176 and BS EN1177 for surfacing.
Q: What kind of timber is used: -
A: All timber products are manufactured using play grade softwood from managed sustainable forests, it is pressure treated to protect against rot and fungal decay. All timber is sanded and has rounded edges to reduce splintering.
Q: Do we need a safer surface: -
A: All play equipment that has a fall height in excess of 0.6m will require a safer surface. The depth of the surface is dependant on the fall height of the equipment.
Q: How long will it take to install: -
A: Installation time varies depending on the type of equipment and surfacing that is being installed, an estimated installation time is provided with the quote documents.
Q: Do you provide details of how the equipment is maintained: -
A: Yes, full maintenance guides are provided once the installation is complete.
Q: Can the equipment be installed at the weekend: -
A: Yes, for smaller installations where access is a problem during the week, we are happy to install over a weekend without additional cost.
